Head to the back of the room and use a character with telekinetic powers to replace the four pieces of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Once both halves are lowered, a Minikit will appear under it. Reuse the SHIELD Terminals on either side of the room with a Hydra agent to lower both halves of a Hydra banner.
